Items are shipped in flat mailers, stiff envelopes or boxes with sufficient amounts of tissue paper to ensure that items do not bend during transport.

If an item is returned to us in the mail, we will contact you via email to get a new shipping address. Customer may be responsible for new shipping charges.  Transaction subject to cancellation and refund will be issued if buyer cannot be reached within 7 business days.

Processing time is typically 1-3 days M-F and delivery time is usually 2-3 days M-Sat via USPS Priority Mail.

To UPGRADE shipping simply upgrade at checkout.

To ensure a timely processing please write the date you would like to receive your order by in the “note to seller” box at checkout.

If you would like to upgrade to Express Mail (1-2 business days), please do so at checkout.

Orders ship 1-4 business days after payment is received using USPS First Class Post. While delivery estimates vary for each country, it generally takes 10-14 days. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking is not provided for First Class International Post. Customer is responsible for any customs fees.

If you would like to upgrade to Priority International (6-10 business days for delivery) or Express International (2-5 business days), please contact us at contact@confettimomma.com prior to purchasing your item(s).

Refunds and Exchanges

All products in the shop are backed by a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! No questions asked. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), please send it back within 3 days of delivery. We will refund the price of the item(s) plus shipping fees when we receive it back. Products must be in original packaging.

If your package does not arrive in time for your event, or by the time we committed to, due to a third party (such as the postal service) you may return any unused items for a refund of the items only.

In the case that your item(s) is damaged during the shipping process, please send a picture of the damages via email at contact@confettimomma.com within 2 days of delivery. Once we receive information regarding a damaged item, it can be reviewed and processed for a refund.

Please note that some color tints may vary from screen to screen. If you need us to match a certain color scheme, you may send us a picture of your event’s theme and we will match it as best we can.  contact@confettimomma.com

For large confetti orders or party packages, contact us immediately. We will be happy to coordinate any colors you like, and will try our best to match your preferences!

Please allow at least 1 week for custom orders to be made and shipped, plus time for delivery. This is applicable to customized banners and made to order items as well. If your event is within two weeks of the time of purchase, let us know ASAP so we can make the proper accommodations and make sure that you receive your order on time.
